I originally wanted the casting of the right side of the mixer (although the package says, left) out of habit and had to fly flour. Later that night when I put my butter cream, I try from the left side and everything went better. Besides cutting my mixing time, almost half, I noticed my two cake batters and buttercream was much smoother, without clumpsand not accumulate on the floor!
