My review of my new KitchenAid Artisan Mixer.

The popular KitchenAid Artisan Mixer is the standard mixer in many kitchens around the United States.
This mixer is small, handy and has the ten-power speed, according to the manufacturer, to mix up to four sandwiches at once, nine dozen cookies or seven pounds of mashed potatoes. Originally, this mixer comes with a regular mixer head for baking and mixing in general.
Also included is the hook for kneadingif the production of bread and the wire whip for egg whites or whipped cream.
In my kitchen, this was my first mixer stand mixer.
