We always wanted a KitchenAid mixer, the time has come. This mixer does what you always wanted your (Other) mixer to do. The first time I used it I was so impressed that I did not need to use a scraper to get all the mixes to get mixed. I asked the same recipe two weeks with the other stand mixer and it seemed as if I were a part of the mix of hand, because the batter was really thick and the smell of the engine is not overloaded. The KitchenAid mixed everything if the mixture of water. I have not found anything I like about it. This is truly the best mixer I have ever used.
