I thought it would be a good idea to increase KitchenAid mixer, as I have the youngest, and probably had 15 or 20 years.
While making large amounts of biscuits, the old mixer has a tendency to jump around and I felt a power almost more than he was.
However, the new takes too much space on my kitchen counter, it is very heavy, and only one bowl that fits. The former had a smaller scale which also represented the frosting cake.
I think trying to sell new and start over, like my old man is not really convenient.
