I originally wanted the casting of the right side of the mixer (although the package says, left) out of habit and had to fly flour. Later that night when I put my butter cream, I try from the left side and everything went better. Besides cutting my mixing time, almost half, I noticed my two cake batters and buttercream was much smoother, without clumpsand not accumulate on the floor! We always wanted a KitchenAid mixer, the time has come. This mixer does what you always wanted your (Other) mixer to do. The first time I used it I was so impressed that I did not need to use a scraper to get all the mixes to get mixed. I asked the same recipe two weeks with the other stand mixer and it seemed as if I were a part of the mix of hand, because the batter was really thick and the smell of the engine is not overloaded. The KitchenAid mixed everything if the mixture of water. I have not found anything I like about it. This is truly the best mixer I have ever used.
